I moved here in 2018 into a newer 2 bedroom. It's really quiet & the pool is Great! The office staff is very helpful... and maintenance is very quick when needed. 2 years later and we are still happy!read more

Shady management tried to con me into an extended lease with higher rent. This was done with an unofficial document... that was not accounted for under the lease. Their rationale for trying to get me to stay was that it was an 'industry standard'. Ill never recommend these apartments unless its managed by a different company. If you still move here just be on the lookout for them trying to scam you. Read the lease and be ready for litigation if neccessaryread more

They are FRAUDS! I was told by the “property manager”, that everybody gets approved. I was also told by said... property manager, the security deposit is based on credit. I know my credit is bad, so if I was told the TRUTH before I paid $25 for application fee, I would NOT of applied, or put in my social security number OR income information!!

Edit 10/22/202: I have updated the review since moving into a 2 bed/1bath apartment. The floors do not creak horribly... like the studio, there are actual lighting fixtures in the room, and the renovations are acceptable. The people on this side of the apartment complex (not the studio side) are nicer and more respectful. The only minor complaint that I have is the carpets in the common are stained all over. Ideally, they would be deep cleaned at least one year. Besides that, the renovated 2bed/1bath is acceptable and I am glad that I can recommend it. However, unfortunately, I still cannot recommend the studio apartments. If you are considering the studios, look out for creaking floors, loud neighbors, and the cleanliness of common areas. BEWARE: Most of the accounts that gave a 5 star review have only 1 review on their account. The rating for this place on Google Maps is over inflated. I was drawn to this place due to the large amount of "good reviews" but it seems like most of these do not seem genuine. To potential EB and Pfizer personnel, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. In addition, they are not lying about the coyotes. They do roam around the area. Make some afraid of even going out at night.read more

Peppertree Apartments is a great place to call “home”. Everything from me signing the lease to living here for the... last two years has been spectacular. When chaos controlled my life, just the thought about coming back to the apartment complex seemed so refreshing. The atmosphere around the apartment complex is so calming & peaceful, something I need coming back from a busy day at work. All employees from the leasing office, grounds keep & maintenance staff have been more than accommodating as well as super friendly. Any problems, not that I have had many, have been fixed or solved within a day or so. Way to go Peppertree! Thanks for making this place a home away from home.read more

I moved in nearly a month ago and the experience has been superb. The managers, Dori and... Michele, have been exceedingly welcoming and helpful! Every question/maintenance request has been promptly addressed. My neighbors are friendly, and the apartment is beautiful. The location is perfect, and parking has never been an issue. I've been a resident of peppetrree apartments for about three years. I love the office staff. Michele was very helpful... and accommodating in placing me in the right apartment. The maintenance staff is very good too. When I put in a work order they were quick and resolved the issue with no problem at all. The pool is an added plus in the summer. Can't say I have plans to move anytime soon!!!read more

Reccomend living at Peppertree Apartments. I recently moved into one of the beautifully renovated apartments. They are... clean, and quiet. I did have an issue with the blinds (bc they were too long...no emergency) and Michele and the maintenance staff were there tentatively, to help. Michelle in the office is awesome! She has been more than helpful in helping me find what I was looking for! I have lived in two other apartment complexes owned by this company, and clearly have been satisfied, because I am now in a third...

I have lived at peppertree over 2 years now. I am very happy to live here. I have wonderful neighbors...the office... ladies are very kind and I enjoy when I need to stop in the office. I have had hardly any issues at all with my apartment but when I did I called and my issue was taken care of right away. Not only is the office staff kind so are the maintenance men. They were very nice and did a great job. The pool is open on time every summer and every time I take my kids to the pool it's very clean. I like when I sit on my porch there's a view of the woods and so many birds. I would deff recommend this place. I am happy here😊 the apartment is perfect size for us also.read more
